When do you ship out orders?  

Typically, our orders are shipped within a week.

I have a pre-ordered item with my order. When will it ship out?

The fulfillment period will take 1-3 months after the pre-order period ends. This timeframe includes product production, shipping, quality inspection, and packaging for shipment.

Please allow me sufficient time to complete these processes. However, keep in mind that manufacturing and shipping times are beyond my control, so there may be delays if any issues arise.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, BigCartel does not provide international shipping at the moment. If you are traveling to areas other than the United States, you can purchase on Etsy.

Do you accept cancellations/refunds? 

Once items have been shipped, the sales will be final. However, if the item you received was damaged, or if you received the wrong merchandise, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected]
