Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, California.
• Flat items will be sent in an envelope with a stamp and will not include tracking.
• Non-flat items will include a tracking number.
• All packages are shipped without insurance by default. If you need insurance, please contact me via email within 2 days of placing your order, and I will send you an invoice for the additional cost.
Recommended for international customers.
Returns & Exchanges
1. All sales are final—no returns or exchanges.
2. Order Issues:
• If your package status remains “In Transit” for an extended period, please contact your local post office.
• If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your post office or neighbors in case of misdelivery.
3. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me via email.
