Shipping

I have two fulfillment centers and will ship from the one closest to your location.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS from Los Angeles, California.

Flat items will be sent in an envelope with a stamp and will not include tracking.

Non-flat items will include a tracking number.

All packages are shipped without insurance by default. If you need insurance, please contact me via email within 2 days of placing your order, and I will send you an invoice for the additional cost.

Recommended for international customers.

 

Returns & Exchanges

1. All sales are final—no returns or exchanges.

2. Order Issues:

• If your package status remains “In Transit” for an extended period, please contact your local post office.

• If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your post office or neighbors in case of misdelivery.

3. Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me via email.
